Description
The button to cross Island Crest Way to the west on the south side of 40th St doesn't trigger a prompt (or any) walk signal. I just pressed the button at 8 pm today (9/22), and it turned red and started beeping, but we didn't get a walk signal even after waiting for the light to completely cycle for traffic 3 times. It should have let us cross when the eastbound traffic got a green. The red light stayed on and it continued to beep well after we left the intersection, so it's not user error.
