Description
The street has degraded over time as asphalt crumbled, now jeopardizing the water main. The street has narrowed considerably pushng traffic onto the growing shoulder causing further erosion. Trees also need to be trimmed back as they are encroaching the roadway, also pushing traffic to the shoulder.
