Description
SE 47th St West of ICW including cross streets 86th Ave SE and 84th Ave SE (between SE 46th St and SE 47th Place) is completely deteriorating. Innumerable potholes, street erosion, etc. on thorofare which is well utilized as connection between ICW and W Mercer Way for pedestrians, cyclists and motor vehicles.
