Description
The only way for pedestrians to get up from the lower neighborhoods to the upper is walking on the shoulder of Mercerwood as it goes straight up the hill. There is no sidewalk and cars routinely speed. There was even a rollover accident this year! It’s quite dangerous for the kids walking to school. Can a sidewalk or other barrier be put up to help protect pedestrians (and bikes?) from inattentive speeding cars?
