Issue #11363453 — Visibility / Sight Line Issues

What complicates the turn is that we are on a hill that is used by bikers and we are at the middle of the hill which has led to significantly decreased visibility when trying to take a right had turn onto E Mercer Way putting safety at risk.  More and more people are parking there now and I would like to ask the city if they are able to put a no parking sign.\nThis would help tremendously to keep us and the bikers safe.
