Issue #11106802 — Sewer Blockage

We need to find out whether or not we share a side sewer with the home behind us, but the sewer utility map does not indicate the houses behind us are connected to the main sewer line. We simply wish for an update to the map to provide that information. \n\nWe undertook a very costly repair/reline in Jan-Feb 2021, but we (& contractor) did not know we might share side-sewer line with neighbor behind until 10' excavation & job was already well\nunderway. Had we had that information on-hand, we might have been able to decide on possible options.\n\nSimply put, is the house at 9724  Mercerwood connected to a main on Mercerwood, or to the main on SE41st? \n\nI believe this information would not only be pertinent to us, but to our  neighbors on SE41st as well. So we request the City to do what's needed to conclusively determine the stub line connections to main & update the sewer map info.\n\nThank you for your attention & please let us know the status of our request.
