Drivers blow through the stop sign intersection (78th & 34th) every single day - I watch it happen from my apartment.  For some reason, drivers believe this stretch of 78th Ave is perfect for speeding, revving their engines/loud exhausts.  There is major foot traffic in this area due to Mercerdale park and the thrift store - there are parents crossing the street with strollers, toddlers and children running around, runners, pedestrians, etc. \n\nRequest: I believe a series of speed bumps on both side of the road would protect children and the other pedestrians that walk in this area.
